CANDLE CARE:

• Always Trim Your Wick to 1/4" Before Candle is Lit Each Time to Avoid Any Soot
• Burn Candle so Wax Pool Reaches the Jar Edge Each Time to Prevent Wax Tunneling
• Burn Candle No More Than 4 Hours at a Time and Do Not Burn Candle with Less Than a 1/2" of Wax Remaining
• Keep Candle Away from Fans, Open Windows, Hot Surfaces, Children, Pets
• Never Leave a Burning Candle Unattended

SHIPPING & PROCESSING 

At MusiQ & Notes We Strive To Process And Ship Out All Orders In A Timely Fashion. 

We try to bring you the highest quality soy candles, so each of our candles and wax melts are made to order. They are individually hand poured in small batches made in my home studio. The candles cure for a minimum of one week, sometimes, including shipping time to your home. The curing time is imperative to give you a great smelling, handmade high-quality candle and/or wax melt.

All orders are processed within 3-5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. The order ship date does not count as a day in transit. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. Packages will be shipped via USPS and tracking information will be provided.

You should expect your package within 2 weeks of order placement, holidays and weekends permitting.
